These are a gorgeous velvet style of jegging and this season essential! Although these are a skinny fitting style they still fit nicely on the waist. They're a true ladies fit, sitting on the waist. They are pull on with a elasticated band on the waistband , the cut of these make them extremely flattering. True to size and available in sizes 12 to 22.  The inside leg measures 28 inches unstretched and 30 inches stretched.
