Shipping policy

We despatch orders Monday to Friday. If you place an order over a weekend we will despatch on the Monday. All orders are sent using DPD and collection is usually made around 3pm, so please be patient as your order will be despatched the next working day if we're unable to meet this collection time.

DPD charges significantly higher prices to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man for example, so for some areas we choose to despatch using Royal Mail. This service usually takes 3-5 working days but does mean we can provide deliveries to those areas at the same delivery costs as mainland UK. 

We are now shipping to the USA  and Australia please follow instructions at checkout. Delivery is 2-11 days and your shipping fee is based on the weight of your order. USA and Australia Prices below:
