These rope detail sandals are a great choice in black and they're a wonderful wedge design. They have a cushioned sole and although the heel is 2.5" tall at the highest they're very easy to wear as the platform is 1.5" high. The upper of this style is made of imitation leather and fine rope and has a swirl detail which makes a nice change. The hessian detailing on the heel and platform is lovely drawing in the black which not only adds a nice touch to this mule sandal it draws the design together completely. The tread  is good on this style.
