Royal blue satin pleated shaped hem skirt

This beautiful skirt in royal blue is stunning with the sunray pleats  that fall into place and are very flattering. It has an elasticated waistband that is 2 inches deep. The hem drapes down to 43 inches at the longest point and 32 inches at the shortest point. The fabric is 100% polyester that has a satin sheen and is washable at 30 degrees.
