Navy chiffon tie back top

This is a beautiful Italian design top in navy chiffon, perfect to be worn as a single garment or a layering piece. This top has a camisole and a soft frill to the cap length sleeve. It has clever subtle gathering on the neckline at the front for a flattering shape. The overall shape of the top has a slight bell shape and we feel this would fit sizes 10-16 beautifully. Machine washable at 30 degrees the fabric content is 95%polyester and 5% elastane which provides some stretch.
