This is a fantastic vibrant dress with 7" shirring across the bust. It's a tiered design with an eye catching pattern in tones of royal blue, pink, yellow and black. It measures 45" from waistband to hem line and can also be worn as a maxi skirt!

Made from 100% viscose, machine washable at 30 degrees. Sizing suggestion is 10-16.
