Charcoal dipped hem cotton vest

This 100% cotton vest is a fabulous style in a lovely shade of charcoal. This design is wonderful for layering and the straps are wide enough to accommodate a bra strap underneath. With a dipped hem, this vest is 26" long at the shortest dropping to 31" at the sides and has a lovely flare shape. The bust measures 45" and we feel this top will fit size 12-16. It's machine washable at 30 degrees.
