Blue cold shoulder cotton top

This cotton top is in a pretty shade of blue with lovely cold shoulder detailing. The cold shoulders are finished with heavy lace which we think is a great touch. An Italian style made of 100% cotton, this top is 29" long. The chest measures 52" and the sleeves are 19". It's a comfortable style which is machine washable at 30 degrees and fits size 14-18.
