Black frill vest top

This is a lovely vest top which we think is ideal for layering. The frill detail on the neckline, arms and hem adds a lovely touch. Made of 95% viscose and 5% elastane this versatile style is 27" long. The bust measures 52" when stretched and there's lovely gather detail to the neck. This Italian top is machine washable at 30 degrees and fits size 10-18.
